Nearly half a million couples get married every year in Britain and June is one of the most popular months of the year for weddings.

This June was no exception and I have just completed my seventh wedding without a hitch. What a hectic month!

Helping to plan, design or coordinate seven weddings in one month with a very small team can be very nerve racking, as you need to ensure that your part is timely, and all aspects come together seamlessly.

Each wedding by Norah Sleep whether it be for wedding design, wedding planning or coordination is very special to me and obviously unique to each individual couple from the initial wedding design to the final overall timetable.

The engaged couple will come to see me months or weeks in advance on a wedding design project with their mood board of wedding ideas from colour swatches to pictures they have collected, and from there we’ll put together an overall design for their wedding, which will be within their overall budget.

Norah Sleep can organize and supply absolutely everything for their wedding day or just certain elements or styling aspects depending on the couple’s wishes.

Some bride’s will just use our prop hire service from our extensive stock for their wedding day and do it themselves, but we will still spend time discussing ways of styling those props and assisting with any wedding ideas they may have.

At Norah Sleep we like to ensure that each wedding day is very special.

Here are a few photos from the weddings we worked on in June. I will provide a more detailed case study in the future.

However, if you would like to discuss anything you see here with me then don’t hesitate to get in touch.
